You don’t need a PHP snippet. Just copy-paste the SCRIPT you provided and it will redirect if you include it in a wordpress post or page. This is assuming it doesn’t get polluted by wordpress’s tendency to surround lines with P tags. You can always create a shortcode for redirecting. This is such a common task, just search around. For example you can use wordpress.org/plugins/shortcode-redirect

Yes, web developers are in high demand. The projected growth percentage for web developers hovers between 8% and 13% within the next decade. The downside to this is that it can be a very competitive industry. You’ll probably need to pick up multiple languages and a wide variety of skills to get the best jobs. You can get start from w3schools to learn web development starting from HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP etc.

Some of the high paying jobs of web development are:
*. Websphere Message Broker Developer (Salary range: $100,000-$166,500 per year)
*. Graphics Programmer (Salary range: $89,000-$163,500 per year)
*. Site Reliability Engineer (Salary range: $107,000-$150,000 per year)
*. Websphere Commerce Developer (Salary range: $110,500-$141,500 per year)
*. Front End Software Engineer (Salary range: $88,000-$127,500 per year)
    and many more
